RETURNS 
At Justwindup.com you get a 7-days return policy.  You can return or exchange items purchased on www.justwindup.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the product, only if you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

For any reason if you may not like the product, please return the product in its original packaging, working condition, all accessories, manuals etc. and we can process your refund. Return logistics charges in all refunds are to be borne by the customer. 

Terms and Conditions for Return and Replacement. 

1. 1. Reverse Logistics Pick up – In most locations we ship our products, we also offer a reverse pick-up service. Our customer service can arrange reverse logistics for you if the service is available at your location. 
   2. If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us. 
   3. Reverse Logistics charges – For all returns and exchanges we bear the responsibility of picking up the order from the customer location, however, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer returning the product. Return shipping charges are applicable on the basis of an actual. The reverse shipping charge is ₹150 or 10% of product MRP (whichever is higher).
   4. While returning any product, please take picture and videos of the final packed product before handing over to our logistics partner. Please email or whatsapp the same to our customer service numbers.
   5. For complaints regarding breakage, we request you to send pictures of the broken product and complete packaging of the product, within the first twenty-four hours of the product being delivered, so as to confirm it defective or broken. 
   6. Items purchased as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged or repaired.
   7. Upon receiving the product at our returns desk, we will inspect the condition of the product. Returned products should include original packaging, tags, labels, manuals etc. and not be damaged in any way. The product should have not been used.
   8. Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed as soon as possible. The entire order amount, excluding the reverse logistic changes mentioned above, will be refunded.
   9. Under all circumstances, Roopkatha Enterprise holds the final authority to approve or reject your return and refund request.

How can I return a product to Justwindup.com?

You can return products purchased from Justwindup.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

1. 1. To initiate any return, please contact us using the Contact US page. Please specify your order number and mention that you are willing to return your product. You can also contact our customer service by sending an email or using the WhatsApp chat icon found at the bottom right corner of our website.
   2. We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
   3. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode.
   4. If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.
