What is JustWindup’s Shipping and Delivery Policies?

We are committed to deliver your purchased products in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
We use Standard Shipping method for shipping all our products. Under normal circumstances, orders placed before 6pm will be shipped my next working day. Under normal circumstances, depending on the customer location, products shall take 4-10 business days to get delivered.
All orders placed on justwindup are managed by our shipping partner Shiprocket and intern dispatched through courier partners such as Blue Dart, FedEx, Aramex Etc.
We do not ship products on weekends and public holidays.
 

What in case of Cancellation or Return?

If the order is cancelled before being shipped, lost or un-delivered to  your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
If you return an order delivered to you, return-shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. For accounts whose return behavior violates our fair usage policy, a delivery charge will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value. The reverse shipping charge is ₹150 or 10% of product MRP (whichever is higher).
We reserve the right to collect shipping charge on for all orders and disable cash on delivery option for accounts that have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted by value of orders placed.
 

How do I check the status of my Order or Status of my Shipment?

Please log into your account and tap on “Order History” section under your Account page of Website. Click on the view order of the specific order you want to track. You can use the Track Shipping link found on our website to track your shipment. You can enter your order id or AWB number to track your shipment.
